About the Role

As our Scrum Master, you are passionate about Agile methodologies and have a keen eye for detail in business analysis. The ideal candidate is conversant with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and makes use of excellent project management skills in a fast-paced work environment. 

What You’ll Do:
  
  • Implement Agile practices like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to steer the team toward successful project completion.
  • Conduct business analysis to define clear project scopes, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop, track, and analyze performance metrics and Sprint reporting (e.g., Burndown/Burnup charts) to gauge team progress and project health.
  • Participate in the customization, documentation, and enforcement of IT policies and standards, ensuring a consistent approach across projects.
  • Advocate for and contribute to continuous improvement practices, focusing on efficiency and quality enhancements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to support the development and execution of project roadmaps, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Who You Are:
 
  • At least 3 years in a Scrum Master role, with experience in business analysis, preferably within a B2B SaaS or FinTech.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner certification is highly desirable. Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology with sound analytical skills.
  • An understanding of business process modelling and requirements-gathering techniques.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence), business analysis software, and proficiency in Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, changing priorities and tight deadlines.
